The Start of it all...

Today begins my journey of self discovery....I suppose it would be polite of me to give ya'll a bit of my background to help you understand why I am where I am today.

As with most girls, it all began with a boy :-)....Love is a crazy thing ain't it??? You fall so hard and fast then POW!!!! [insert car crash sound byte here] You're blind sided and it's over...So needless to say, I met a boy, fell in love, moved away, was disappointed, broke up with said boy, and moved back. Get it? [el.O.el.]     So going through a break up, make up, break up again, loss of employment, and all sorts of other random drama has led me to where I am now.....at my parent's home....in my old room...attempting to regroup. ::sighs::

On the bright side of things, this minor road block in my life has given me lots of time to reflect on things and make some serious decisions.


Random Question: Why is it so difficult in the year 2010 to find a decent companion??
Answer: ....[crickets chirping].....

Hopefully throughout the course of this "experiment" I'll find the answer.

Anywho, job hunting has totally become a job within itself! Fill this out....Sign up for this newsletter....Make your resume sound like this....You should apply for that....We need your blood type...What's the name of your first born?!?!? REALLY???? JUST HIRE ME ALREADY!!!!         Then again, I suppose the job hunt would be much easier if I actually knew what it was I want to do. There are just soooo many things I find interesting & with a degree like "Communications" it doesn't necessarily place you in one particular category, ya know?......[shrugs] well we'll come back to that later....

Recently I've had lots of time to sit in my own skin, do some of the things I enjoy, think and try to keep my mind off the all consuming boredom that surrounds me 25/8. It's been nice. However, I pray this cycle changes for the better soon.......
